Hold your phone up to the scanner before you pay. The code says who you are — nothing else.
Points land while you eat
Usually within a minute of paying. If something goes wrong, tell us in the app and we'll put it right.
Trade them for a meal
500 points becomes a $5.00 voucher. Show it at the kiosk instead of paying — or put it towards something bigger.

Rates are set by Lunchtastic and can change. Any change applies to purchases from that day onward — points and vouchers you already hold keep their value.

Rewards are between you and us. Your workplace doesn't pay for them and doesn't see what you eat.
To decide anything at the kiosk
Show your code first, choose your meal after. The discount is applied before you pay.
At the machine

Open your code, hold it flat to the scanner window. The screen greets you by first name — that’s how you know it worked.
Using a voucher? Show that too
The kiosk shows the discount on screen before you confirm. If it doesn't appear, don't pay — try again or ask us.
Then it heats and you go
Your meal comes out hot. Points appear in the app shortly after — you don't need to wait at the machine for them.
If the scanner can't read your screen, turn your brightness up and clean the window. Every code also has a short number underneath it — read that out and we can find your account. Never let anyone photograph a voucher code: whoever scans it first gets the value.
Fair questions
Does my employer see what I eat?
No. We ask where you work so we know which kiosks you use and so your workplace can send the occasional treat. Your individual purchases, points and vouchers are not shared with them.
My points didn't arrive.
Give it a few minutes, then report it in the app — it attaches the purchase, the kiosk and the time for us. We add the points manually and email you when it's done. There's no retry button because retrying could add them twice.
Can I give a voucher to a colleague?
We can't stop you showing them the code, but we don't recommend it. Whoever scans it first uses the value, and it can't be reversed.
What happens if I change jobs?
Your account is yours, not your employer's. Update your workplace in the app. If your new office doesn't have a kiosk, your points wait for you.
Why do you want my birthday?
So we can send you a meal on us. We only store the date, we ask once, and it can't be edited afterwards — which is also why we make you check it before saving.
Can I use a voucher across two visits?
Yes, if it's a value voucher. Spend $2.50 of a $5.00 voucher and the rest stays in your wallet until the expiry date. Free-meal vouchers are one visit.
Why does the birthday gift have conditions?
We give a birthday lunch to people who eat with us: it takes a purchase in the last 12 months and a birthday set at least 30 days ahead of time. The rule is there so one person doesn't ruin it for everybody.
Do my points expire?
Points don't expire while you keep buying lunch. Go 12 months without a purchase and we'll write twice before they go — 30 days out, then 7 days out.
